1. Squeeze. 2. Shake. 3. Apply. Instruction for Use: 1. Squeeze. Place pack in palm of hand with fingers curled around bottom of pack as shown. Squeeze firmly until you hear a pop, compress will start to get cold. 2. Shake. Hold compress at each end and shake to mix contents. 3. Avoid direct skin contact. Wrap in a soft cloth and apply to injured area.
